Proper nutrition is equal to proper growth.Babies are very vulnerable beings and they are subject to different health problems.To help babies grow properly,proper nutrition must be observe. Nutrition pertains to compliance on the recommended daily dietary intake.Eating the right food and right amount is the best way to achieve good nutrition.Breast feeding is highly recommended for babies from birth upto 2 years.The mothers milk is very good for her baby's immune system to fight diseases.When a baby reach 6 months of age solid foods can be introduce gradually,as the baby grows,its food intake should be nutritious.It must contain vitamins,like vitamin A which will help develop good eyesight,vitamin B complex for better brain functioning,vitamin C to strengthen our immune system.Aside from vitamins it must have minerals like calcium to help in muscle growth.Rice is a good source of carbohydrate which will give energy needed for the babies activities.Fruits and vegetables are also good source of vitamins and minerals,aside from that it is also the best source of fibers which will help in elimination at body waste.6-8 glasses of water is needed by the body everyday.If good nutrition is observe,proper growth is the result.Mothers love is the best reflected on how will her baby grow.
